About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Screen resumes
2. Conduct telephonic interviews with candidates
3. Make recommendations to company hiring managers
4. Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers
5. Follow up on the interview process status
6. Maintain relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
7. Complete timely reports on employment activity

Note: Priority will be given to those who have some experience in the recruitment field. Calling experience is a must.
