Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1.Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2.Conducting initial interviews and participating in the selection process.
3.Onboarding new employees and coordinating orientation sessions.
4.Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
5.Assisting with the administration of HR policies and procedures.
