About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source and recruit: Identify and engage with potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
2. Conduct telephonic interviews: Perform initial telephonic interviews to screen candidates for cultural and role fit.
3. Screen and coordinate interviews: Shortlist qualified candidates, schedule interviews with hiring managers, and manage candidate communication.
4. Enhance candidate experience: Ensure smooth and timely communication with all candidates, making the recruitment process a positive experience.
5. Post job listings: Write and post engaging job descriptions on various job boards and social platforms.
6. Analyze data-driven insights: Assist in tracking recruitment metrics and use data to optimize hiring practices.
7. Promote employer branding: Partner with the marketing team to build and promote Zenskar's employer brand.
8. Support onboarding: Assist in preparing onboarding materials and organizing orientation for new hires.
9. Maintain employee documentation: Help maintain organized records and employee files during the onboarding process.
10. Contribute to policy support: Assist in the review and updates of HR policies as needed.
