About the role: Turito is looking for excited young individuals eager to venture into the education-tech domain and explore different roles in sales and operation projects. In this role, you will be working closely with the sales team to maximize the revenue potential of prospective customers who seek academic counselling post-demo or trial sessions. We are looking for individuals who want to understand and build businesses.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Execute role of an academic counselor to connect with potential prospects and brief them on the entire course range of the business to fit their needs
2. Understand customer profiles and problems to explain the need for smart learning and explain our learning approach effectively, advising students and parents to buy the product subscription as the solution
3. Build relations by rightly communicating with prospects and demonstrating value added of the programs offered over phone or email
4. Manage the sales with the sole focus of maximizing revenues in a timely, reliable, and consistent basis
5. Develop and execute a strategy to meet the revenue targets set for the month
6. Keep up with product and service information and updates

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 100 per lead generation).
