About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct outbound sales activities to generate leads and drive sales of Rapidez Writer's services to individual customers (B2C)
2. Utilize cold calling, email campaigns, and other outreach methods to prospect and engage potential clients
3. Understand customer needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of our services to meet their career development goals
4. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into customers
5. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects through consistent follow-up and relationship-building
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns and initiatives
7. Keep accurate records of sales interactions and customer information using CRM software
8. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
9. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process

Other requirements

1. Graduation (in any stream) with relevant experience of 0-3 years

2. Excellent communication skills in English and ability to hold a conversation with any level of customers

3. International BPO Experience preferred

4. Brilliant listening and convincing skills & should be able to understand customer’s requirement

5. We would appreciate if the candidate is knowledgeable about the various employable industries and verticals and is comfortable in understanding job profiles, JDs, resumes, etc. and working knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel)
