About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Website maintenance: Regularly update and manage website content (e.g., blogs, product updates, landing pages) using CMS platforms (WordPress, Wix, etc.).
2. Customer acquisition & support: Assist in identifying potential customers, manage outreach campaigns, and respond to inquiries via email, chat, or social media.
3. Digital marketing support: Help execute marketing campaigns, track metrics, and contribute to social media strategy and content creation.
4. Project management: Collaborate with different teams (tech, marketing, product) to ensure project timelines are met and assist in daily operational tasks.
5. Market research: Conduct competitor analysis and research customer behavior to inform business decisions and product development.
6. CRM management: Maintain and update customer databases, and track leads and customer interactions.
7. Administrative support: Assist the leadership team with ad-hoc tasks, meeting scheduling, documentation, and reporting.

Other requirements
1. Currently pursuing a degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field.
2. Demonstrated experience with website management tools (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or similar).
3. Strong communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.
4. Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
5. Highly organized with strong multitasking and time management abilities.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
7. Knowledge of basic project management tools (Trello, Asana, Monday.com) is a plus.
8. Prior experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a bonus.

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 500000 to 900000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per sale).
