Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

2. Email marketing: Create and send effective email campaigns to engage prospects, follow up on initial interest, and close deals.
3. Cold calling: Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling, building rapport, and creating opportunities for collaboration.
4. LinkedIn marketing: Utilize LinkedIn for outreach, lead generation, and relationship building with decision-makers in targeted companies.
5. Digital marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to create digital campaigns aimed at attracting potential clients and converting leads into customers.
6. Follow-up: Maintain regular contact with prospects, ensuring they are informed of our services and encouraged to proceed with hiring from TheBoringHR.com.
7. Client communication: Effectively communicate the value proposition of TheBoringHR.com and tailor our services to meet the unique needs of potential clients.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2000 per sale).
