Role Overview:
As an SDR Intern, you'll be key in driving our B2B sales efforts. You'll be responsible for identifying potential clients/distributors, reaching out through personalized emails and WhatsApp messages, and nurturing leads using advanced sales tools.
1. Research and identify potential leads for our B2B segment
2. Use tools like Lusha and Clearbit to gather contact information
3. Craft and send personalized, 1-to-1 emails to prospects
4. Collaborate with the sales team to advance leads through the sales pipeline
5. Maintain accurate client interaction records in HubSpot CRM
6. Assist the Business Development Manager in sales strategies and client follow-ups
Qualifications:
1. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
2. Tech-savvy with a flair for discovering and adapting to new sales tools
3. Self-motivated, disciplined, and persistent
4. Experience in programming or prior SDR role is advantageous
5. Proficiency in CRM tools, HubSpot preferred

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per lead generated).
