2. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions
3. Assist in coordinating interviews and providing feedback to candidates
4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and team dynamics
5. Utilize innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the industry
6. Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system
7. Participate in recruitment events and networking activities to build our employer brand
