About the work from home job/internship

We are looking for a junior recruiter to support our recruiting process from start to finish.

Junior recruiter responsibilities include posting job ads, doing initial screenings, and scheduling interviews. You ll assist other recruiters, hiring teams and candidates so the hiring process can run smoothly. Ultimately, you ll help our company find and hire the most qualified people for our open roles.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media
2. Participate in candidate sourcing efforts
3. Assist teams in screening resumes
4. Conduct initial phone screens
5. Schedule calls and interviews
6. Manage calendar for all hiring teams and candidates
7. Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them when they come in for interviews
8. Use recruiting software to keep track of open roles
9. Send out all bulk email (e.g. confirming receipt of applications, rejection emails) and handle paperwork (e.g. offer letters)
10. Coordinate drug tests and background checks
11. Participate in recruiting events
12. Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Other requirements

1. 1-2 years of proven work experience as a recruiter.

2. Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle.

3. Be tech-savvy.

4. Excellent communication skills.

5. Ability to juggle multiple calendars.

6. Problem-solving aptitude.

7. Critical-thinking skills.

8. Possess a B.Sc. in business, HR, psychology, communications, or a relevant field.
