Lead AI Developer Intern - WhatsApp-Based Sales Assistant Work From Home Internship

Genotek seeks an exceptional AI Developer Intern to lead the development of our innovative WhatsApp-based AI sales assistant. You will play a key role in designing and building a cutting-edge conversational AI bot powered by advanced language models like GPT-4.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Lead the AI sales assistant development from ideation to production
2. Design the system architecture, integrating the AI bot with WhatsApp, CRM, and analytics tools
3. Apply conversational AI, NLP, and ML techniques for smart, tailored interactions
4. Fine-tune language models (e.g., GPT-4) for precise, context-aware sales responses
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI capabilities with business goals and user needs
6. Ensure reliability, efficiency, and exceptional user experience through testing and optimization
7. Mentor future interns, fostering innovation and knowledge exchange


Must-have Skills:

1. Strong coding skills (Python, Java, JavaScript) and software development best practices
2. Deep knowledge of conversational AI, NLP, and ML, with experience building chatbots and intelligent assistants
3. Proven success in training and fine-tuning large language models (e.g., GPT-4)
4. Expertise in AI integration with messaging platforms, especially WhatsApp Business API
5. Familiarity with CRM, analytics, and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.)
6. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities
7. Thrive in a dynamic startup environment

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Pursuing or recently earned a Master's/Ph.D. in computer science, AI, or related field
