About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify companies currently hiring developers by sourcing email addresses and contact information from career pages and professional networks.
2. Maintain and manage a detailed and accurate database of company contacts, including relevant hiring managers or HR contacts.
3. Draft, send, and manage email communications with the goal of establishing connections and setting up introductory meetings.
4. Monitor email responses and schedule meetings, ensuring effective follow-up communications to enhance conversion rates.
5. Collaborate with senior team members to refine outreach strategies and contribute to the overall recruitment efforts.
6. Prepare and present regular reports on both sourcing and outreach activities, detailing progress and outcomes.

Additional information

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 500000 to 800000 /year

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per placement).
