Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Developing email marketing experience
2. Proving an ability to launch successful campaigns
3. Obtaining experience with email analytics
4. Showing an understanding of CRM systems
5. Possessing experience reporting and analyzing data
6. Demonstrating expert-level knowledge of basic computer systems

Requirements:

1. Must be self-starters with positive attitudes and high levels of motivation
2. Goal-oriented individuals and adept problem solvers, they work hard to ensure that they exceed objectives and constantly improve their methods
3. Must work well under pressure and can juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently
4. Experience in A/B testing
5. Bachelor s degree in marketing, computer science, or a related field
6. Advanced proficiency in Salesforce
