Position Overview: We are seeking a talented individual proficient in Articulate 360 to join our team as an Articulate Expert (Try Me and Show Me Version). As a key member of our instructional design team, you will be responsible for leveraging the full potential of Articulate 360 to develop interactive and immersive e-learning content.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Articulate 360 Mastery: Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, and other components of Articulate 360 suite
2. Content Development: Design and develop interactive e-learning modules, simulations, and assessments using Articulate 360
3. Try Me and Show Me Scenarios: Create engaging "Try Me" and "Show Me" scenarios to facilitate experiential learning and skill acquisition
4. Storyboarding: Collaborate with instructional designers to translate learning objectives into engaging storyboards and prototypes
5. Multimedia Integration: Integrate multimedia elements such as audio, video, and graphics to enhance learning experiences
6. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the functionality and compatibility of e-learning courses across devices and platforms
7. Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on best practices for using Articulate 360 and implementing "Try Me" and "Show Me" scenarios effectively
8. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in e-learning and instructional design to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of e-learning content

1. A bachelors degree in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in instructional design and e-learning development.
3. Proficiency in Articulate 360 suite, particularly Articulate Storyline and Rise 360.
4. Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
7. Experience with gamification and scenario-based learning.
8. Familiarity with SCORM and xAPI standards.
9. Graphic design and multimedia production skills.
10. Experience with learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Blackboard, or Canvas.
