Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in understanding the objectives of trading strategies from senior developers
2. Research and implement trading algorithms using Python
3. Utilize Python libraries like Pandas and NumPy for data analysis
4. Develop scripts to fetch historical and real-time market data from various sources
5. Conduct backtesting to evaluate the performance of trading strategies
6. Fine-tune algorithms based on backtesting results and feedback
7. Aid in deploying and monitoring automated trading systems
8. Document code and procedures for clarity and maintainability
9. Stay updated on the latest trends in algorithmic trading

Requirements:

1. Pursuing a degree in computer science, finance, or a related field
2. Proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with Pandas and NumPy
3. Strong analytical skills with an interest in financial markets
4. Understanding of finance and trading concepts preferred
5. Experience with data analysis or machine learning is advantageous
6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
