1. Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Java, Spring MVC, and Hibernate
2. Create and implement RESTful APIs for seamless communication between different components of the application
3. Utilize Docker for containerization and streamline deployment processes
4. Work with AWS services to deploy and manage scalable applications in the cloud
5. Use Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment to ensure a smooth development workflow
6. Implement and maintain databases using MySQL and MongoDB for efficient data storage and retrieval
7. Explore and integrate new technologies like Node.js and Kubernetes to enhance the performance and scalability of our backend systems
