As a business development intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful campaigns while gaining valuable experience in nonprofit business development.
1. Fundraising and sponsorship: Collaborate with the fundraising team to identify, cultivate, and secure financial support from individuals, businesses, and organizations. Develop compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations to solicit donations and sponsorships
2. Partnership development: Identify and establish partnerships with like-minded organizations and institutions to expand our reach and impact. Explore opportunities for collaboration, joint initiatives, and resource sharing to achieve mutual goals
3. Community engagement: Engage with our organization's supporters, volunteers, and beneficiaries to foster community and involvement. Facilitate outreach activities, events, and campaigns to raise awareness and encourage participation
4. Sales and marketing: Assist in promoting and selling products or services offered by our organization such as campaigns and homegrown dog products. Develop marketing strategies, promotional materials, and sales pitches to attract customers and drive revenue
