As a business development (sales) intern at Flik, you will have the opportunity to hone your skills in English proficiency (spoken and written), digital marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, MS-Excel, and effective communication. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients.
2. Conducting market research to analyze industry trends and competitor activity.
3. Creating and managing engaging social media content to attract new leads.
4. Developing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
5. Utilizing MS-Excel to track sales data, analyze performance metrics, and create reports.
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective marketing strategies.
7. Communicating effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth sales processes.

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 500000 to 700000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (1% of deal closure).
