About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Actively reach out to potential customers via phone calls, emails, and social media platforms to introduce them to our wide range of sarees, dresses, jewelry, and gifts.
2. Explain the features and benefits of our products, addressing any customer queries, to drive interest and encourage purchases.
3. Identify and generate new sales leads by researching and targeting prospective customers and markets.
4. Follow up with leads and inquiries, converting them into successful sales through persuasive communication and excellent customer service.
5. Gather feedback from customers on their shopping experience and product satisfaction, providing insights for continuous improvement.
6. Regularly update the team on sales progress, customer interactions, and any challenges faced, ensuring transparency and accountability.
7. Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with ongoing campaigns and promotions.
8. Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings, providing valuable insights to enhance sales strategies.
