About the work from home job/internship

Business development and sales of medical surgical and pharmaceutical products to b2b buyers across the medical industry

Interns key responsibilities include Connect with as many people, govt departments, organisations introduce our company of them. Exchange business cards and let them know what we can offer to their organisation verbally, via email or via WhatsApp through a personal interaction.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Research potential businesses and target demographics.
2. Develop compelling pitch presentations and sales materials.
3. Cold call or email prospective clients to introduce products and services.
4. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase offerings.
5. Customize offerings to align with client needs and objectives.
6. Follow up with clients to answer questions and address concerns.
7. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with potential clients.
8. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
9. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and messaging.
10. Stay informed about industry trends and competitors offerings.
11. Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and feedback.
12. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Schedule of selection committee

1. The first round of interviews will be recorded via a Google Form, which will be shared via email.
2. second round would be interview with HR or the founder directly.
3. The first week will be training. where you will be given a set of tasks to do. based on your ability to achieve the outcomes of this training, you will be selected and assigned to the role. (your offer of work will be handed to you here.)
4. Your internship will start from here and the manager will give you assignments, tasks and work responsibilities from here.
