As a business development (sales) Intern at Motion Morphs, you will have the opportunity to work with a video editing company specializing in short-form edits (Instagram reels and YouTube shorts). Your role will be crucial in driving the growth and success of our business through various sales and marketing strategies. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting market research and identify potential leads for our video editing services.
2. Developing and implementing marketing and outreach campaigns to increase brand visibility and engage with our target audience.
3. Assisting in creating compelling sales pitches and presentations to attract new clients.
4. Utilizing MS Excel to organize and analyze data related to sales and lead generation efforts.
5. Supporting email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
6. Maintain strong written English proficiency in all communication with clients and team members.
7. Collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in our sales processes.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (10% of leads closed).
