We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Development (Sales) Intern to join our team. This role is perfect for a college student eager to gain hands-on experience in sales and business development. You will work closely with our team to promote our courses and drive sales growth through innovative strategies.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Sales Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential customers, including students and professionals, to promote Sparkling Skills courses.
2. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients and partners to foster long-term collaboration.
3. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and communication skills.
4. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
5. Affiliate Marketing: Leverage affiliate marketing strategies to expand our customer base and increase sales.
6. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers to improve our offerings and customer experience.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
Requirements:
1. Must be a current college student pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Target-driven and results-oriented mindset.
4. Any experience in affiliate marketing or sales is a plus.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per sale).
