1. Currently pursuing or recently graduating with a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
2. Demonstrated experience in Python programming, particularly in a data context
3. Basic understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
4. Familiarity with SQL and database concepts
5. Exposure to data pipeline and workflow management tools is a plus
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Able to work independently as a self-starter and also collaboratively with a team
8. Eagerness to learn new technologies and approaches in the field of data engineering
