Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working on social media marketing and management of our various channels (see https://strokesupport.in/connect for present channels)
2. Handling content creation and translation in Indian languages where competent.
3. Organizing Zoom meetups
4. Contacting various entities such as governmental organizations, private organizations and individuals for promotion of Stroke Support India's mission of " Raising Stroke Awareness and Helping the Stroke Affected".
ALSO NOTE : Experience in image/ audio/video content generation such as Canva, Instagram, YouTube Video, PowerPoint etc. will be a strong advantage. To some extent, training may also be provided. Knowledge of a local language (besides English and Hindi) will also be a strong advantage. Candidates should have a laptop and a strong internet connection.

NOTE : There shall be a trial / evaluation period of one month or less. Thereafter, performers shall be offered long-term paid roles per their proven competencies. About 8-10 hours per week minimum is expected from an Intern.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 250 per write-up).
Established in 2013, Stroke Support India is a well-known and regarded patient support organization (non-governmental organization - NGO) working with the mission of 'Raising stroke awareness and supporting stroke survivors and their families (caregivers)'.
