As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our design and merchandising team to bring our latest collections to life. Your role will involve creating mood boards, assisting in fashion styling activities, and utilizing Adobe Illustrator for design projects.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with the design team to develop new concepts and designs for upcoming collections
2. Assist in the creation of technical drawings and illustrations
3. Conduct market research to identify current trends and consumer preferences
4. Support the merchandising team in product development and assortment planning
5. Participate in fittings and sample reviews to ensure quality and fit standards are met
6. Help with the coordination of photoshoots and styling for product images
7. Contribute to the overall success of the design and merchandising department through your creativity and enthusiasm

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 100 per design).
