Saraya Mystair Hygiene Pvt. Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join us as field survey interns. The interns will play a crucial role in collecting surveys from corporates and HORECA (hotel, restaurant, caf ) establishments. This internship offers a dynamic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in field research and contribute to our market insights. stipend will be based on the number of surveys collected.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct field visits to corporates and HORECA establishments to administer surveys.
2. Ensure the accurate and timely collection of survey data.
3. Maintain detailed records of survey responses and feedback.
4. Coordinate with the internal team to resolve any issues or concerns encountered during fieldwork.
5. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while conducting field activities.
Requirements:
1. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's degree program, preferably in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
5. Must possess a valid two-wheeler license and own a bike or two-wheeler.
6. Proficiency in using a laptop and basic computer applications.
7. Prior experience in field research or data collection is preferred but not required.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 400 per survey).
The stipend will be based on the number of surveys collected. Details will be discussed during the interview.
