1. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree program in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field
2. Strong creative and technical skills. Must be proficient with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
3. An understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, advertisements, and multimedia design
4. Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
5. Keen eye for aesthetics and details
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
