The intern will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models and rendering realistic visualizations using cutting-edge software. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in 3DS Max, Sketchup, Lumion, and Vray.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Create and refine high-quality 3D models in line with project specifications
2. Render photo-realistic visualizations using Lumion, Vray, and other relevant software
3. Collaborate with other interns and team members on joint projects and initiatives
4. Work on presenting and explaining the visualizations to non-technical stakeholders

1. Experience with or formal education in 3D modeling, computer graphics, or a related field
2. Strong proficiency in 3DS Max, Sketchup, Lumion, and Vray
3. Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality 3D models and realistic renderings
4. Strong artistic skills with attention to detail, color, light, and shadow
5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
6. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
7. A keen interest in staying updated with industry trends and new software/technologies
8. A strong portfolio showcasing 3D modeling and visualization projects (candidates without prior professional experience should still present any academic or personal projects)
