About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Creating infographics & presentation materials to simplify the communication of complex concepts & data
2. Editing video clips for use on social media platforms
3. Creating short videos to highlight, recap & promote various endeavors & events
4. Working autonomously & developing high-quality concepts with minimal instruction
5. Optimizing graphics & video content for social media platforms
6. Manipulating and editing video pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience
7. Inputting music, dialogues, graphics, and effects
Requirements & skills:
1. Prior experience with video and photo editing
2. Demonstrable graphic design with a strong portfolio
3. Familiarity with some of these tools - Photoshop, Canva, Figma, etc. for graphic designing and After Effects, Premiere Pro, or any other tool for video editing
4. Creative mind & storytelling skills
5. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues
6. Flexibility in working with new issues, topics, & approaches

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 250 per video).
