Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in analyzing HR data, managing and responding to emails, & scheduling meetings.
2. Support the HR team in organizing and coordinating recruitment events and activities, scheduling interviews, filtering CV, & conducting interviews.
3. Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to attract top talent and promote company culture.
4. Create visually appealing graphics and presentations using Canva to support HR initiatives and campaigns.
5. Manage and track candidate interactions and communications through email marketing campaigns.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on HR initiatives and goals.
7. Provide administrative support to HR team with various tasks and projects as needed.

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 500000 to 1000000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 3000 per performance & work).
