Look no further as we are seeking for the position a Zonal Managers across India to be a part of Game of Zones, a first of its kind gamified internship that require you to build an efficient online community and allows you to spearhead initiatives aimed at nurturing the next generation of leaders.
1. Develop and execute strategies/tools to recruit a strong community of students and empower them through leadership initiatives.
2. Build Communities in large numbers across online platforms catering to the youth.
3. Lead a team of dedicated youth leaders, providing training and externship opportunities to foster their professional growth.
4. Be available for up to 2 daily stand-ups online of 15-20 mins each on google meets with progress updates.

2. can start the work from home job/internship between 17th Apr'24 and 22nd May'24
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
1. Strong leadership skills with a passion for empowering others
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
3. Proven experience in community building, recruitment, project management, or related fields
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and dynamic environment
5. Bachelors degree in a relevant field (preferred)
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 12000 per performance).
