HR should understand technical recruitment, as we are from the cybersecurity industry. Preference will given to people who have done technical recruitment as part of their previous internship.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Understand profile requirements (VAPT, Information Security, GRC Professional)
2. Post in various forums (we will not be using paid platforms)
3. Calling, shortlisting, and scheduling interview
