Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing and screening candidates based on job requirements.
2. Coordinating interview schedules between candidates and recruiters/clients.
3. Drafting and posting job openings on various platforms.
4. Maintaining consistent and professional communication with candidates.
5. Updating and maintaining candidate records and interview statuses in the recruitment database or ATS.
6. Assisting in researching potential candidates and sourcing channels to improve the recruitment process.
7. Providing general support to the recruitment team, including documentation and reporting.
