Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing the hiring and exit process of different teams
2. Supporting hiring while preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs on job portals and social media
3. Screening the candidate's resume and job applications, conducting cold calls and initial telephonic interviews for information gathering
4. Conducting tests to assess the competencies and skillsets of candidates
5. Coordinating with staff and projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.)
6. Preparing reports relating to HR activities like staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.
7. Issuing offer letters
8. Conducting on-boarding formalities
9. Conducting initial orientation and assisting in documentation and onboarding activities of new joiners
10. Leading a team
