About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment processes such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Help with onboarding new employees by preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and organizing training sessions.
3. Maintain and update employee records and databases accurately and confidentially.
4. Assist with performance management processes including performance evaluations and goal setting.
5. Support HR projects and initiatives such as employee engagement activities and diversity programs.
6. Provide administrative support to the HR team by preparing reports, emails, and other documents.
7. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.
