Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify potential applicants for firm job openings.
2. organizing different activities meant for employee engagement.
3. Posting job openings on job boards or any other social media platform.
4. Working on planning, coordinating, and supervising the employment of new employees.
5. Assisting with the onboarding and orientation of new interns.


Requirements:

1. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Good at time Management and handling gentle recruitment.
3. Should be smart in terms of problem solving and should be critical thinkers.
4. Dynamic personality; Ability to work independently.
5. Should have a desire to gain knowledge.
6. Final year or a course completed management-guy can apply for this position.
7. Will closely co-ordinate with the Director and update day to day activities.
