Title: HR and Payroll Intern

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with processing bi-weekly payroll using ADP software
2. Support in ensuring accurate calculation of wages, deductions, and taxes
3. Help validate timekeeping records and resolve discrepancies
4. Stay informed about payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance
5. Assist in payroll audits and respond to audit inquiries
6. Maintain and organize employee payroll records while ensuring confidentiality
7. Collaborate with HR and finance departments as needed

7. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

8. Enthusiasm for learning and developing payroll management skills.

9. The candidate should be willing to work in the USA shift (10:30 PM–4:30 AM) (Sunday–Friday).
