Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Support the hiring process by following the directives of your supervisors and assisting in conducting initial interviews and candidate screenings
2. Work closely with the HR senior team to maintain databases and records related to employee information, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
3. Assist in the coordination of training and development programs for employees, helping to enhance their skills and knowledge
4. Participate in managing employee relations by addressing conflicts, grievances, and performance issues in a timely and professional manner
5. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational values
6. Support in benefits administration tasks, including enrolling new employees, managing benefits programs, and addressing employee inquiries
7. Collaborate with the HR team to organize employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives to foster a positive work culture
8. Assist in preparing emails for certificates and offer letters for selected candidates
9. Engage in other HR activities or projects as assigned, contributing to the overall growth and development of the organization
