Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Influencer Outreach: Identify potential influencers on platforms like YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. Reach out with personalized DMs or emails to introduce brand collaboration opportunities.
2. Deal Negotiation: Engage in negotiations with influencers to finalize terms like compensation, deliverables, and timelines. Document and formalize agreements through signed contracts.
3. Brand Guidance: Share detailed brand information, product offerings, and guidelines with influencers. Address queries to ensure consistent and aligned representation of the brand.
4. Content Approval: Review and approve influencer-created content, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and messaging objectives. Offer feedback to enhance content quality.
5. Campaign Coordination: Schedule content posting and promotional activities with influencers. Monitor and evaluate campaign performance and engagement metrics for optimization.
6. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with influencers through ongoing communication, support, and feedback. Foster trust and loyalty for long-term partnerships.
7. Industry Trends: Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, best practices, and platform updates. Share insights and recommendations to refine strategies and initiatives.
8. Performance Reporting: Analyze campaign data, engagement metrics, and influencer feedback. Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2000 per every 10 successful negotiations completed).
