As a logistics and operations intern at Bookstohome, you will have the exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of e-commerce. Your role will involve working closely with our logistics team to ensure the timely delivery of books to our customers. With your English proficiency, you will be responsible for communicating effectively with our suppliers and carriers to coordinate shipments. Your knowledge of WordPress will also come in handy as you assist in managing our online inventory and updating product listings.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Valid data of customer and Ship that with a delivery partner.
2. Update the data in the WordPress panel of shipping partners.
3. Support the logistics team in resolving any shipping issues or delays
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline logistics processes
Kindly note: The timing of work will be from 3 PM-11 PM.
