We are currently in our early phase (about 1500 users) and we would like for you to help us understand our users better.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Onboard new users
2. Allow the new users to use the app for 3 days to a week
3. Interview the users (Conversation over phone/Zoom/Google Meet) and share the findings with us
4. Questions can be focused on: Expectations from the app. Feelings and Emotional State when using the Taken app. Other suggestions
5. Focus on Qualitative Research and in-depth interviews, you are expected to talk to 5 to 7 different people a week
