As a College Head in the Project Development Internship Program, your primary responsibilities will include:
Event Planning & Community Engagement:
1. Organize and manage events in your college, ensuring active participation and alignment with the program's goals.
2. Engage with students to raise awareness and drive registrations for these events.
Communication & Reporting:
1. Maintain regular communication with the central program team, providing updates and reports on your activities and outcomes.
2. Collect and share feedback to continuously improve the program.
Leadership & Performance Monitoring:
1. Lead initiatives that contribute to the success of the program, while monitoring and adjusting your strategies based on performance metrics.
2. Encourage active participation and manage your college's standing on the leaderboard.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2500 per based on performance).
