About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and contracts that meet client requirements and align with company goals
2. Act as the first point of contact for new clients, providing an exceptional onboarding experience
3. Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget
4. Monitor project progress and identify any potential issues, working with teams to address and resolve them promptly
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a point of contact for their needs and concerns
6. Conduct regular team meetings and check-ins to review progress, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide support and guidance
7. Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback to support their growth and development
8. Work closely with sales and HR teams to optimize resource allocation and deliver exceptional service to clients
9. Work as a team and give your best to meet the daily average and weekly requirements set by the account manager (all work and communication must be documented and your daily progress must be strictly updated by the end of the day)
10. Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations to the leadership team
