1. Candidates who secure the highest number of projects will receive an additional 3000 rupees and will be considered for internship extensions
2. Seek candidates with a track record of meeting sales targets or similar achievements, demonstrating their ability to close deals
3. Prioritize candidates who can clearly explain the benefits of having a website to potential customers, even if they lack technical expertise
4. Look for candidates who understand customer needs and can tailor their pitch accordingly, showing empathy and a desire to solve problems
5. Seek candidates who wont be discouraged by rejection and can maintain a positive attitude while reaching out to potential customers multiple times to secure projects
