3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with meticulous attention to detail
4. A creative mindset with a strong ability to tell stories visually and verbally.
5. Capability to independently manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
6. A strong passion for the baby fashion industry and a drive to contribute to the brands success
7. Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing is beneficial but not essential
