About the work from home job/internship
Are you passionate about travel and love spending time on Instagram? Do you have a knack for creating engaging posts and growing an online community? ExploreOn, a dynamic travel startup, is looking for a Social Media Intern to handle our Instagram account!
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Post daily content, including posts, carousels, reels, and stories.
2. Engage with other accounts, reply to DMs and comments.
3. Collaborate with travel influencers and other pages to boost our presence.
4. Create written content for Instagram and coordinate with our video editor and graphic designer thinking outside the box is key!
5. Grow our Instagram and Facebook pages by increasing followers and engagement.
Requirements:
1. Someone who can spend 4 hours daily on Instagram and Facebook, creating content and interacting with the travel community.
2. Strong written communication skills and a passion for social media.
3. Previous experience managing social media accounts is a plus but even if you don't have it, you'll learn a lot with us!

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per sale).
