About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Social Media Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our CSR impact assessment goals and promotes community engagement.
2. Channel Management: Set up and manage social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
3. Content Creation: Work with our team to create engaging content, including posts, graphics, and videos, that effectively communicates our CSR impact assessment initiatives and achievements.
4. Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers, respond to messages and comments in a timely manner, and foster a positive community around our CSR efforts.
5. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and CSR to ensure our channels are current and engaging.

Other requirements

1. Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

2. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices, especially LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

4. Ability to create visually appealing content, experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

5. A passion for CSR and a strong personal alignment with our mission and values.

6. Prior experience in managing social media channels is preferred but not required.

7. Ability to monitor social media performance using analytical tools to track engagement rates, growth, and other relevant metrics with be an added advantage.
