Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

2. Creating and scheduling content for our social media channels
3. Monitoring and analyzing social media performance metrics
4. Engaging with our online community and responding to comments and messages
5. Collaborating with other team members to brainstorm new ideas for social media campaigns
6. Staying up-to-date on social media trends and best practices
7. Conducting research on competitor social media strategies

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per per 1000 followers, posts getting high engagement will also be rewarded).
