Telecalling Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products or services and generate interest
2. Answer inbound calls from customers and address their inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally
3. Provide accurate information about our products or services, including features, benefits, pricing, and availability
4. Guide customers through the onboarding process, including registration, account setup, and product/service activation
5. Follow up with customers via phone or email to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and resolve any issues or concerns
6. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and building rapport with customers
7. Document all interactions with customers accurately in the CRM system
8. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and customer feedback to continuously improve service delivery
9. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with privacy and security regulations
