About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Engage in outbound cold calling to potential customers for SaaS products.
2. Utilize CRM software to manage and track leads.
3. Effectively deliver sales scripts to communicate product benefits.
4. Generate leads through various channels and maintain a consistent pipeline.
5. Demonstrate product knowledge to potential clients during sales calls.
6. Employ communication and negotiation skills to close sales.
7. Maintain customer relationships through effective CRM practices.
8. Use sales techniques to drive revenue and meet targets.
9. Adhere to telephone etiquette standards during customer interactions.

Requirements:

1. At least 6 months of experience in a similar role, with a focus on cold calling and sales.
2. Strong communication skills and active listening abilities.
3. Proficiency in CRM software for lead management and tracking.
4. Effective persuasion and negotiation techniques.
5. Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
6. Resilience and adaptability to handle rejection and changing priorities.
7. Confidence and a strong sense of teamwork.
8. Empathy for customers and the ability to build relationships.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 50 per sale).
